You, my customer, are most important to the success of my business, so, if you are for any reason unhappy with your items or if your order gets lost or damaged in transit, please choose ONE of the following:
• Replace the item, if a duplicate is available
• Refund your money
• Redeem the item for your choice of something different of similar cost
For ALL RETURNS, please contact me first with your reason and choice of one of the above. I request that you please return the items in their original packaging.
I endeavour to keep you completely satisfied and hope that this will not come to pass.
Product refund or exchange
If you return an item because of an error on my part, or it is defective, I will happily refund your costs in returning it to me, or I can send you out an exchange product within 2 working days if you want this option. All items should be returned within 30 days of purchase in order to qualify for refund or exchange. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable me to process the refund for your return postage costs.
If you have a change of heart or are unhappy with an item, you can return it to me within 30 days, with the despatch note, ensuring the product is unused, and in perfect, re-saleable condition ( including product packaging ). Please note that the cost of returning the item(s) as a result of a change of heart must be borne by you. Refund for unwanted items will include the cost of the product and not the shipping charges.
